Description of job duties:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for working with the G.M in overseeing daily operations of the Denali Cabins, including employee training and supervision, delegation of tasks, dissemination of policies and procedures, and providing a high quality of service to lodge guests. The employee will exercise consistent discretion and judgment in the performance of the work.
Required:
The candidate must possess two years prior hospitality management experience, a valid drivers license, current Alaska Techniques of Alcohol Management (AK TAM), current 1st Aid/CPR Certification, enthusiasm and a strong customer oriented attitude.
