Maintenance - Relief

Description of job duties:
Assists with inspections and performs maintenance repairs. Maintains facilities and areas according to established Company standards. Performs equipment inspections and assists with repairs, in essence, keeps all facilities running smoothly. The position requires very comprehensive skills with an excellent knowledge of water, septic and propane heating systems as well as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Required:
The candidate must have some prior maintenance experience, a valid drivers license, a strong customer oriented attitude, willingness to learn and take pride in his/her work.
